Our services

Second Breath provides meditation teaching and related wellbeing services, which may include introductory talks, meditation courses, individual or group sessions, workshops and ongoing support.

Details of individual services, including dates, format, location and fees, will be provided before booking.

We may occasionally make reasonable changes to the content or delivery of a service where necessary.

Introductory talks

Free introductory talks are offered to help you understand the meditation technique, ask questions and decide whether you would like to learn.

Registering for an introductory talk does not commit you to purchasing a meditation course.

If you are unable to attend a talk you have registered for, we ask that you let us know where possible.

Bookings and payment

Where a fee applies, your place will be confirmed once any required booking process and payment have been completed.

Prices and payment arrangements will be clearly communicated before you make a booking.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when booking is accurate and complete.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling arrangements will be communicated to you before you make a paid booking and may vary depending on the service being provided.

If Second Breath needs to cancel or reschedule a session, talk or course, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Meditation and wellbeing

Second Breath provides meditation teaching for general wellbeing and personal development.

Meditation teaching is not medical treatment, psychotherapy or a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have concerns about whether meditation is appropriate for you because of a medical or mental health condition, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Results

People experience meditation differently, and individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

While meditation may support areas such as wellbeing, clarity, focus and resilience, Second Breath does not guarantee any particular result from learning or practising meditation.
