Learn meditation
Learn to meditate in London — a simple, practical approach.
Learning meditation doesn’t need to be complicated. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or returning after previous attempts that didn’t quite stick, the Second Breath process is designed to be simple, practical and effortless, helping busy modern minds experience greater clarity, balance and ease in daily life.
How it works
The learning process has three simple stages.
Step 1: Attend a free introductory talk
The best place to begin is with a free introductory talk. You’ll learn what meditation actually is, how this technique works and whether this approach feels right for you.
No experience is needed and there is no pressure or obligation to continue. It’s your chance to discover what’s involved and ask questions.
Step 2: Learn the technique
The meditation course takes place over three consecutive days, with 90-minute sessions each day. You’ll learn gradually, build your confidence and have space to ask questions throughout.
By the end, you'll feel confident practising meditation on your own.
Step 3: Ongoing support
Learning the technique is only the beginning. Once you've completed the course, you'll be invited to join a lifelong programme of group meditations and support sessions – included as part of your course fee.
Learning options
The technique can be learned in a small group setting or through private one-to-one instruction, tailored to your schedule.
